I skipped the last 3 days... Somewhat intentionally. So far the only time I've found to practice KBs are in the late evenings 9pm-10:30'ish. While my routine only takes 30 minutes including warm up/downs, it amps my mind up and it takes another hour or two before I'm ready for bed... That makes for some late nights when I need to get up at 5:30 the next morning. So I skipped the last three days due to being too tired. Did I go to bed early then? No. That's the next thing I need to work on.
