Another KB session before heading to Evan's football practice. I decided to try a set of swings with the big boy.
SW 1x10 30lb
SW 1x10 53lb
SW 8x10 30lb
GU 2x1R, 2x1L 30lb
I think I'm rushing the sets in both the swing and get up which results in less than stellar form and technique. I'll need to intentionally try a late night session to see I have better form/technique throughout.
